The organizations are here; the involvement is up to you! See a larger list of student organizations on the community resource pages.

2007-2008 student organization meeting times

Please check each organization's website for special meetings and events. There's an online campus map with photos and locations of buildings. Student organizations do not meet during summer; times and places may change for 2008-2009.

Monday

7:30-8:30 pm - SGL SOCIAL, Same-Gender Loving Students of Color, Internationals & Allies, 441 Union.

9:00-10:00 pm - Spectrum, the East Complex LBGTA caucus, McDonel B15 (basement, hall government room).

Tuesday

8:00-9:00 pm - BRIGHT, the Brody Complex LBGTA caucus, A129 Rather Hall.

8:30-9:30 pm - PRISM, the South Complex LBGTA caucus, 340 Case Hall. AIM: "prism msu".

7:30-8:30 pm - RING, the North Complex LBGTA Caucus, room W013 Phillips Hall (basement).

Thursday

7:30-8:30 pm - PRIDE, the West Circle LBGTA caucus, PRIDE room (East Landon hall basement).

Sunday

7:00-8:00 pm - Alliance of LBGT and Straight Ally Students, 441 Union.

GLBT Safe Schools
College of Education organization promiting safe schools for GLBTQ students.
LBGT graduate student group
The grad group has monthly get-togethers and organizes other events of interest; contact the Center (lbgtrc@msu.edu, 353-9520) and we'll add you to the email list for this group.
LBGTA in Medicine Club
Serves lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, transsexual and allies as individuals and as groups, including medical students (osteopathic, human & veterinary) and graduate students in affiliated departments.
Mishpocha - LBGT Jewish student organization

Phi Tau Mu
Trans-focused student organization, does not publish its meeting times and places to help create a safe space for its members; please email the group for information. TransAction is a subsidiary group of Phi Tau Mu.

Triang-l is a listserv for LBGTA evetns and issues to help keep you up-to-date.
